Terms of service
These cover this website and the demo requests made through it. Use of the product itself runs on a separate agreement signed with your practice.

Using this site
Read it, share it, request a demo. Don't attempt to break into it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to send us anything unlawful.
What's ours
The text, design, code, and the Medical name and mark belong to us. Quoting a passage with attribution is fine. Reproducing the site, or presenting our material as your own, is not.
This is not medical advice
Nothing on this site is clinical guidance. The product includes decision-support features that surface published guidance and raise differentials, and those features are exactly that: support. Every clinical decision remains the clinician's, and every output is returned for review before it does anything.
What the site describes
We describe the product as it stands, and mark near-term work as in build where it is not shipped yet. Anything carrying that marker is a statement of what we are working on, not a commitment to a date. If a specific capability is load-bearing for your decision, ask us on the demo call and we will tell you plainly where it is.
Demo requests
Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a price, or oblige either of us to anything. Handling of what you submit is set out in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
This site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Governing law
Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Changes and contact
We update these from time to time and change the date at the top when we do. Questions to info@medical.ai.
