Privacy policy

Medical is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything on this page, including requests to see or delete your data, write to info@medical.ai.

Only if you submit the demo form. That form asks for your first and last name, email address, city, country, the size of your practice, which capabilities interest you, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing on this site collects any of that unless you fill it in and press the button.

Aggregate traffic measurement. We count page views with a service that uses no cookies, builds no profile of you across sites, and stores no IP address that identifies you.

Your IP address, briefly. When you submit the form, your IP is held in memory only long enough to rate-limit submissions from the same address. It is never written to disk and never forwarded.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run third-party trackers, and we do not buy or enrich contact data.

Consent, given by the checkbox on the form. That is the only basis we rely on for the demo request, which means you can withdraw it at any time and we have to act on that. See clause 06. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did while the consent was valid.

We reply to you, arrange a demonstration if you want one, and keep enough of a record to know we already spoke. We do not use it to build a marketing list, and we do not send unrelated mailings to an address given for a demo request.

Two categories of processor, and no others:

• A form-delivery provider, which passes your submission to our inbox. It receives exactly the fields you filled in, nothing else, and may not use them for any purpose beyond that delivery.
• A hosting and analytics provider, which serves this site and produces the anonymous view counts described above.

We name both, in writing, to anyone who asks — write to info@medical.ai.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else: no advertisers, no data brokers, no partners.

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, take it elsewhere in a portable format, restrict what we do with it, or object to it. Withdrawing the consent you gave on the form is a request to delete, and we treat it as one.

Write to info@medical.ai. We answer within 30 days, and there is no charge. If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Demo requests are deleted 24 months after our last contact with you, or immediately when you ask, whichever comes first.

Within the EU and the EEA. Where a processor operates outside it, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If we change what we collect or who we send it to, we change the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle data you have already given us will be emailed to you rather than quietly published here.
