Frequently asked questions
What Daama is, how dictation and data hosting work, whether the chart adapts to a specialty, and what it costs, before you book a demo.
What is Daama?
Practice-management software for healthcare clinics. It handles scheduling, clinical documentation and patient communication, and anything that needs a clinician's sign-off still comes back for approval before it's final.
Does Daama make clinical decisions on its own?
No. Every draft note, message and booking comes back to a clinician for approval before anything is final — nothing is sent, written or booked without a person confirming it.
What languages does dictation support?
Thirteen languages. Speech becomes a structured clinical note without the recording ever leaving the practice.
Where is patient data hosted, and how is it protected?
Held in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by two-factor authentication on every account, and shared only through signed links that expire. The full detail is on the security page.
Can the chart be adapted to a specific specialty?
Yes. The chart is defined by the practice rather than fixed in the product — ask for a field it's missing and it appears on that chart for everyone, from that moment.
How much does Daama cost, and how do I get started?
Pricing depends on practice size and is worked out on a call rather than published, since practices differ enough that a flat price would be misleading. Book a demo to see it running on your own day and get a plan that fits.
